In and Around Catz Environmental Auditing Opportunity The Environment and Energy Section of the University is currently recruiting for students to carry out Green Impact auditing on 3 May. University of Cambridge students with an interest in environmental and sustainability issues will gain practical skills and knowledge, receive a CV-boosting IEMA–approved training certificate, and will form an important part of the University’s Green Impact scheme. After a morning training session, an audit visit is organised to two or more departments or colleges to verify their sustainability achievements, and confirm their award through the University’s flagship environmental awards scheme. No prior experience is necessary, and lunch is provided. After the auditing day, attendees will also receive an invite to the University’s green challenge awards ceremony in June, which is to be attended by the Vice Chancellor. To register and for further details visit https://www.environment.admin.cam.ac.uk/getting-involved/green-impact/students (Deadline for applications: 26th April 2018).
