In and Around Catz Queens' Arts Festival Submissions There is now less than one week left to submit your works to be part of what is already shaping up to be a very exciting line up for this year’s Queens’ Arts Festival (QAF). QAF is one of the most exciting and prestigious celebrations of art in Cambridge, and the theme for this year’s exhibition is ‘Intersect’. The exhibition encourages multi-disciplinary expression and, this year, will culminate by establishing a permanent space for art. We are keen to receive submissions in any medium, be that visual arts, installation pieces, poetry, creative essays, sound art, or anything else you wish! If you wish to submit, please do it here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1fO8Crn5wlIAdkWkxuw7kh6bdJFcnXwil241aGEepgxI/edit If you would prefer, feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your submission. The deadline is the 8th February. Follow QAF on the following social media to stay up to date in the build-up to the festival, and subsequent exhibition coverage: https://www.instagram.com/queensartsfest/?hl=en https://www.facebook.com/queensartsfestival/ This year QAF is partnered with SolidariTee, a nationwide, student-led campaign which raises both money and awareness of the current refugee crisis. Check out their website if you want to know more: https://www.solidaritee.org.uk/ We look forward to receiving your submissions. With all best wishes, The QAF Committee 2018-19 Please direct questions to Lucas Marsden-Smedley.
