Booking form

Please note the following:

-This form must be filled in at least 24 hours before the booking date or it may not be confirmed in time and you will not have rights to exclusive use.

- You must provide a brief description of what you plan to use the room for or your request will be denied.

-There is no booking allowed for majority non-Catz groups (e.g. university sports teams/societies) after 19:00 to prioritise usage by Catz students.

-No single student may book the JCR / Old House for more than 8 hours in one week, or for more than 4 hours at a single time, so as many people as possible can use the space.

-You must clean up after use or you may be banned from future bookings, this includes moving the sofas back to a reasonable normal seating arrangement.

- All bookings are first come first serve apart from some exceptional cases.
